All transcriptions, summaries, and recordings you upload or generate via the App remain your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to provide the Services.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering or copying the App's functionality.
• Using the App to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others.
• Uploading viruses or malicious code.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use encryption and follow industry standards to protect your data.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with our billing policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
